I had the machine shop measure it up today. Each bore measures 3.2295 - 3.2300in 0.0005in out of round. Each piston measures 3.2240in Should I deglaze/hone and replace rings or bore to 82.5mm?

Here are pics of pistons now. I had two 46mm buckshots (running rich) installed with tau cetis, switched to dual 38's with oem flame arrestor. compression was even 170 when pulled. Ada head 37cc domes.

Machine shop used mic and bore gauge. I confirmed with two F eeler gauges 180 degrees apart placed at deepest section of skirts and dropped piston through bore. I am going to take the cylinder and pistons to be measured again. Ring end clearance is 0.014in - 0.015in measured with F eeler, ring...

Best way to run water through that head: From pump directly to the rear end fitting on the head. Front fitting to exhaust manifold. Then out through the top fittings on the head. I would dual cool it and send one line right to exhaust manifold.

I used 2.0NS black spring, 95L 120H with 44sbn on a 550 with full pipe and 175psi comp.

2 stroke oil in bolt is factory spec. Torque should be 52lbs ( I think). I like to lap the flywheel to the snout with valve grinding compound then heat the flywheel with a light bulb for a bit. Install like that and it won't cause a problem.

You need to plastic weld it. I ghetto fixed an old 550 tank with strips of pop bottles and a soldering iron once. Not pretty but it worked. You can purchase an actual welding kit though.
