THE best way is to use a 1/8 NPT tap with a 11/32 drill bit. Thread in a 1/8 npt 1/4 barb fitting with threebond 1211 on the threads.
I just blew an engine because the stock pulse fitting came loose on the case. REPLACE the other with a fitting while you are doing the 2nd.

I was wondering if 46 buckshots on a 62t/61x would get enough fuel when running the reserve switch. I am at 1mm over, 185psi, type 4 dry pipe with water injection. I like the idea of the reserve switch, but dont want to lean it out.

You can move the stock bilge to the screw that is port of the stock location. Screw looks like it is holding the top and bottom of the hulls together. I just put my bracket in a vice to flatten out the 90deg bend in it.
Can you tap a 2nd outlet at the front of the head that goes right to an additional pisser?
I have a single line to my exhaust manifold, one out the front of head to pisser, one out rear of head to drypipe. Seems to run well.
