Blaster Need warm motor hot pipe

I'm running a pro-tech pipe single cool line from pump with a t at manifold. I'm trying to get the pipe hot but keep engine warm. I put a by-pass line installed at rear head exit. Plus I installed a valve to restrict water to head pipe, this allows most of the water to be dumped to the pisser from rear of head. This set up works well to get pipe hotter but I noticed how hot the head became. My questions : 1- should I run true dual cooling to assist with cooler engine temp? 2- if I restrict too much water to head pipe does the heat from exhaust back up into engine? It would appear so with my experiment. I was wondering if dual cooling would help or am I creating unwanted heat in engine by getting head pipe to warm. I'm trying all this because this pipe takes too long to get hot, ANd who doesn't want a hot expansion chamber.

Can you tap a 2nd outlet at the front of the head that goes right to an additional pisser?

I have a single line to my exhaust manifold, one out the front of head to pisser, one out rear of head to drypipe. Seems to run well.

Ya sorry i left some info out. this motor has an aftermarket head only stock compression as of now. Waiting until i get other mods to work before I go big on compression # So yes front and rear outlets for head and two pissers exist already. If you can think of mod to buy for a 701 I'm pretty sure ive got it. I'm pretty sure bypass lines exist on cooling line to head pipe on other skis. I searched but was not able to find info on valving off water to head pipe. I guess I'm looking for some info on dual cooling, generaly dual cooling is only needed for high compression motors and high rpms. But has anyone tried or know if shutting down water to head pipe builds up too much heat back into motor? I'm thinking now about getting a head temp sensor from KOSO with digital temp display to eye head temp because this idea of shuting down head pipe does work but if i'm running over 130 deg water temp in head as i've read maybe I need dual cooling if it works. Just looking for some insight on this.
