Thanks man. Got really stressed out and my issues was I couldn't screw(no outlets in parking garage) and I only had 1" nails for the plywood. Also my vehicle shipped Monday so I was at wit's end... Luckily, the moving company saw I had built a nice base and they watched me lift up the jetski...

So I have the base done very well but i couldnt build the box. Basically teh 2x2s act very flimsy and i cannot use small nails to "tack them in place" to then nail on the plywood and add rigidity. Stress level is shooting through the roof but I will try to think...and give it another try i hope

problem with pallets is i dont wanna rip them so that they are only 32 inches wide. I just measured my WDK Rok-R and dimensions for crate will be 32INx32INx7FT. I'm about to built crate today so I will draw something up and post here for hopefully any advice.
