I'm no where near Cali, have a 550, & racing it voids my sbt warranty, but I have a question. All the classes you mentioned are kawi based. Can yamahas, hydrospaces, etc race there too?

I was actually discussing this with someone a couple days ago. I may try to fly in & just hang out for the weekend. Doubt that I'll try to tow my ski down there. He doesn't ride. He's in the navy & was transferred there from Hawaii last year, has a new wife & baby. He does ride a kawi bike...

I can't wait for the surf clinic! I'm really looking forward to stepping my surf riding. I feel that if I can get better at surf riding, better & more varied tricks will follow. Almost like getting back to fundamentals in a traditional sport. I hope I can pull a big re-entry down there :sneaky:
