That picture in post #79 is making me drool! It looks so well groomed. I'v been wanting to start riding/racing again for a while but (better)things just keep coming up. Weird question-Does anyone know if there are mx tracks in china?
I think this would be a fun street legal bike, cr500 with...
They all look good. Quick question. I notice people who use under padding like in post # 2 seem to mold in an area for your feet where the footholds are. Are they just cutting the under padding to the shape of a foot? Wouldent you want to have the extra padding where your feet will be a lot of...
I just read this post from start to finish and all I have to say is WOW! The whole read was very entertaining. Not that I know what I'm talking about but this build was super clean. I liked how you designed the hull to work with different engine platforms. Also as others have said, its very...
yo jeremy, was that the place you guys were going to go hang gliding? I'v been trying to get my diving coach to let me bring my ski into the pool all winter with no luck.
Yea, I understand the logic of getting a girdle head. Protects from cracking cylinder and you can use different domes so it will work with many setups. But I'm just looking to get together a CHEAP engine for now. Will a stock 701 head work with an 84mm bore?
Quick question. So boring to 83mm you can run the stock head, however with if you bore to 84 mm you need to modify the dome or buy a 760 head correct?
thanks in advance
"the boris setup is prob one of the top 10 ideas on the x"
Top 10 ideas on the x? Sounds like a great idea! Someone should start a thread on this topic.
Not that I need it yet. But has anyone thought of some type of a "kenny keeper" that protects the mounts from tearing out during upside down landings? I dont have photoshop on this computer to make a diagram, but it doesnt seem like it would be to complicated.
I only know a little bit about a little bit here, however I think everyone will agree that truing a crank is a good and important thing. With that said if your already going to true a crank you might as well weld it. Even if its just for peice of mind, its not alot of extra work if your already...
Forgive me if I'm wrong.:newbie: The stock CDI has less timing at lower rpms and then advances timing in higher rpms? This is not optimal for a freestyle motor because you would want more timing at low rpms, then in the higher rpms you would want less timing to protect the engine? (especially if...
