The first thing I did after I got it home was rip the engine out and powerwash all the nasty crap out of the ski. Apparently the previous owner didn’t do jack for keeping it clean.

Figured I would throw this up for anyone who is interested, Last spring I bought this superjet with the sole intention of gutting it to build some moulds. It turned out to be quite a job, but has also been a lot of fun. As of right now I am about half done, I will start to post what I have done...

actually,.. the glass you purchased from walmart would have actually been lighter. you used 6oz carbon, walmart probably sells E or Sglass woven mat which is probably 1-2 oz lighter. Not to mention using carbon for that job is just serious waste of money.

You say you are selling those SJ molds? what type of material are the molds made of?
