Well it turns out my current plate is so bent it hits the pump with 1/4" to spare before flush with the ski. Definitely need a plate. Will the Fast Elements plate linked above fit with a Wamiltons trim?

Eh, the Fast Elements one is $240 for the cheap one and $320 for the wake plate...
