use a 3/8-16 heli coil. thats how i did mine. there was no oversizing of the threads to weaken the brass. it worked very well and i will do the next one the same. or you can look at my build thread and see the open tray and then you have a good idea of the location if you decide to cut a hole...
i think you should stick to the october date but have an unofficial meet of riders in your april time frame. just dont label it as wavedaze. in cleveland we have all ready discused coming out a few times a year if you could get a dedicated ride area.
i wouldnt exactly call those rides more established and larger than wavedaze. those rides dont have the draw of virginia and those rides are all the month before. october does not interfere with anything in the north.
why do we have to consider other events anyway? the sponsors dont make up the ride, the riders do. my ski is built i dont need to win stuff in a raffle, however they are fun and nice to have and are appreciated. i personally like october the best and i usually fly by the seat of my pants for...
i dont think people are replying cuz they dont know where to get them. i have never seen mikuni fittings like that for sale. why not try to find a threaded brass fitting and tap it. just a thought. otherwise i think you may need a new carb.
dam things are expensive lookin at 12000 to 18000 for a nice scope but if your in the business of hunting mexicans or talibans i think it would be worth the coin.
we should just give amnesty to all hard working mexicans and then after that we should praise allah along side the muslims. i think that would bring peace to the whole situation................... na *uck them and everything they all stand for.
the newer ones just dont last like the old ones. i have taken them apart and cleaned up the brushes inside and brought them back but that wont help with worn out gears. sorry for your loss.
