I just moved about 2 months ago and 40% of the garage was an add on 4th bedroom. So with a sledge hammer and about 3 hours of time I now have a mini show room. The hard wood floor was the 4th bedroom. It has been raining for seems like a month now so progress came to a stop. Lol

Its all I have ever used after shortening a pole. They are pretty tough

Use bolts with nylon locking nuts.

I believe the standard length pole is 2 inches shorter than a stock pole at full length adjustment. What kind of hull are you putting this on?

I use red loctite on all my bolts, nuts, screws. Once I get the engine back up and running allen head bolts or an actually bolt will be used to hold the stator.

Looks like he used the bolt right under the steering nut. Look at my pic a few posts up to see what I am talking about.

I have a complete 62t case and electronics minus a flywheel sitting in my garage :)

Here is a close up picture. There is a little bit of thread left towards the back. Based on all the metal shavings I dont see how the ski even ran when it did and how it even cranked.

Well it pulled the threaded part of the top stator mount clean out of the case so I would say the loctite worked.

Flywheel lock and steering wheel puller. Cheap tools make the job easy.

It's the 735 jetmaniac engine. Maybe it has to much power. Lol

Spend $10,000 and get a visual carbon. Its pretty.

I would start by removing the flywheel cover and seeing if your bendix is stuck. A spinning noise is usually the starter not engaging.

He can assist the op with getting the carbs set up for the engine. He knows his stuff.

Buy a dvx hull and tell them you want a 140 pump shoe :)
