    Js550 stator help!

Well it is quite a simply task. Just remove it, then take the coil and sodder the wires on the opposite tribunals. After that, install it and see if it works Sent from my LG-LS970 using Tapatalk

    Js550 stator help!

Well, I had the same problem and there could be a couple of reasons why this is happening. 1. The pulser coil is on backwards 2. Timing is off so it'll start but won't run 3. sheared woodruff key Sent from my LG-LS970 using Tapatalk

    300/440/550 Js550 no spark

OK, this is really stumping me. So wayy back at the 4 of July weekend, my ski was running fine. But it cut out on spark. A few hours later, it would regain spark. But only for like an hour. So after this whole situation with my jet ski having bad timing, I knew that the coils were on wrong. I...

    Js550 not "fully" starting

Yes, I'm thinking I'm gonna have to have professionals look at it. I'm probably going to take it to my local jet ski shop and have them look at it. I guess I'm done for the season :-( Sent from my LG-LS970 using Tapatalk

    Js550 not "fully" starting

I'm thinking that as well, but I have it as what the manufacturer set it too so I don't know why it would be off. I'm guessing that this mark is supposed to line up with this Ridge. Sent from my LG-LS970 using Tapatalk

    Js550 not "fully" starting

OK this is getting ridiculous. My 1988 pp js550 is not fully starting. What I mean is when I try starting it, it'll sputter a few times but will stop when I stop cranking. I need help. It also is still spewing gas out of the exhaust. But not a whole lot. I really need some help.

    300/440/550 Fuel out of 1988 js550 exhaust

OK thank you so much! Im going to adjust the timing again and it stopped spewing out gas. I can get it running for a few seconds and backfires and stops. So I'm guessing the timing is a bit off. Sent from my LG-LS970 using Tapatalk

    300/440/550 Fuel out of 1988 js550 exhaust

Hi, glad to join the forums. But my first ski is a js550 that I picked off a guy for 500. After I bought it, I realized that he was not mechanically inclined, like at all. And found out he did everything wrong. For example, I had to replace the ebox because he got water in it and tried to cover...
