Thats pretty slick. Ive always been a fan of the stock flame arrestor and its abilities to keep water out. Keeps the stock appearance when running aftermarket carbs too.
Good job
Jetskiing has been dying off since the early 2000s. Has F all to do with trump or who was in charge during covid. It has everything to do with the greed in this sport. The riders have priced new comers out. 1000 dollar used bpipes? Like cmon. Tell us your a greedy prick without actually saying...

I used some d shaped foam strip ment for boat hatches and whatnot. Same stuff others sell for 40 bucks. I think i got like 50 feet for less then that. I am also in canada. I find the oem seal sucks and is very expensive
I am having a hard time imagining drifting on a watercraft. Ive seen slides and whatnot but are you actually sliding a big left turn while your bars are to the right? Like drifting? Got any videos of drifting on water? Id love to see as i just dont understand how its possible.
I was out of the game for last 8 years or so. I was very excited to pick up a RN superjet this year and get back on the water. I never even considered a 4s because i thought 1) they are pug fugly 2) it must be just a couch with a handlepole and 3) the price to own something so lame solidified my...
I finally replaced my old CATS setup with a 65v reduction nozzle/ trim ring and an fx140ho steering noozle i had found NOS on ebay. Im suprised how much more throw it has. Rode it for a bit today and i like the +5 degree nozzle so far. With a d cut extended rideplate it seems perfect.
If it were me id do as the other said. Learn to ride is the best effort spent. As far as "mods" i feel these are important:
-straight handlebars/ decent grips
-good impeller
-decent turf
-decent scoop grate
Those mods will make the ski alot nicer to ride and hook up. Have fun and ride as often...
Funny as a kid in the 90s waveace was my absolute favorite. Its what got me into jet skiing. Its the only game i ever really played or enjoyed anyways. Now my kids 10 and id love to find one for him to play.
I have a very nicely done 61x bog bore cylinder. Its set up for flat top pistons and currently at 86mm. I was told cpt did the work.
It has wiseco 9664m pistons. The bores are good, pistons look good but one has a damaged skirt from being dropped at one point it looks like. What are my options...
Bump for an old thread. MTRHEAD, would you consider these to be an upgrade over the oem yamaha 38s? My carbs are pooched and considering going with a pair of these 38s with a coupler between. I see high speed ind makes a speed plate for them. They sell a whole setup but i can replicate much...
Years ago i was having same issue with the front cylinder only breaking plugs. Chased my tail for a while thinking its timing, tuning, deto, drypipes, blah blah blah. Turned out i forgot the little spring for the bendix. At certain rpms it would shake in there and break a plug. After i installed...
