I measured three inches from the bottom of hull. Cut the 3 . Then cut the cap and moved cap up. Practically flush with where it was cut. Exhaust was out. After everything was put back on and glassed I put exhaust back in and it sticks out a little more inside hull but it should be fine. Pictures...

I took the exhaust tube out. And after I epoxied the caps back on put it back on. Used 5200. Its fairly easy if you have right tools. Sent from my HTC Glacier using Tapatalk 2
