Problem solved, I am chalking it up to my own stupidity :eek: I get so used to doing something one way I just kind of overlooked simple things . Carbs where fine the problem was the three vacuum / pulse tubes on the engine block I guess where to rough form previous owner using pliers :rolleyes...

Yes it holds pressure but I'll admit I only did each carb for about 4-5 minutes not 10, the kits are not Mikuni but not SBT either I'd say there somewhere in between quality wise the O-rings are a little thin (similar to SBT's) but they are not leaking Ok that is a different understanding...

ok I bypassed the elec cluster moved the red start/stop plug to white so its direct it starts and stops now but would still like to see a color code chart to figure out the other wire ..... it looks like the blue & black wire that are twisted come form stator but not sure about the others

ok thanks I will try to ope it up and swap the 1 & 3 wires inside cause the 1 wire is to short to reach any other plug . the plug ends where cut off when I got it so maybe it was longer before

on the top or inside the elec box on front of engine? the top plug wire length for the first cylinder has to be the one wire the other two could be switched but length of wire seems like they would be right . If I pull all the plugs I can see all plugs fire but can't really tell witch one...

I'm just throwing up a few updates on the trailer pictures adding a little at a time on it. I added some wood decking boards in the front triangle of the trailer about 4' they fit sung and have a brace under them it worked great this weekend for storing coolers, beach stand, anchors etc etc...

well no one answered and I couldn't find those type bow brackets so I pickup up some tube and gather some scrap stuff I had laying around , I ran out of argon about 1/3rd of the way through so it isn't pretty but just for a update here is what I made
