Time to winterize. I assume I just use the flush hose intake to get antifreeze in but thought I should check to make sure that is correct. I would appreciate any feedback.
Thanks,
Andrew
I just want it to carve a little better. Seems like I have to relearn how to ride for the first five minutes every time I switch back and forth. How would the tubbies compromise doing tricks? Do they weigh the front end too much?
Was that the one on craigslist in Harrison? I thought about getting that one and selling the 07, that's actually why I started this post. I also have an SXR that I love to carve on, but I like the way the SJ feels more playful. I guess I need to just get some destroyers and see how it...
I saw your post about the sxr ride plate and noticed the comment about having a superjet and sxr which is what I just bought. I want my superjet handlepole length to feel like the sxr and was wondering if you had cut down your sj and if so how much?
thanks,
Andrew
I am going to cut my 07 superjet stock pole down at least -2. Just wondering if I should go shorter. Anybody recommend cutting it down further? I am 6' with long arms.
Thanks.
I just got an 07 superjet and I have done the grate/plate already. Looks really smooth in the video, mine is still porpoising a lot at higher speeds. Did you have to drill the hull to install the destroyers? Also what handlebar width is that? It looks a lot wider/better than my stock one...
Just got the last 2010 SXR in town (dealer can't get any 2011s) and it obviously needs an intake grate. Anyone feel strongly about jet dynamics vs work vs aquavein? I am not going to be racing, just playing on lakes. All I am looking for is less cavitation.
Thanks
I have some lock-on oury grips for a mountain bike I never installed. Does anyone know if the ski handlebars are the same diameter as mountain bike bars (25.2mm)? I don't own a caliper to measure myself. Thanks
Seems last attempt to post this question didn't work so I will try again. I just bought a stock 07 superjet and it porpoises a lot. I weigh 180 lbs and do flatwater riding exclusively. I am not looking to race, just want to have fun on the lake without all the porpoising. Anybody have a...
I am considering getting an SXR and would be putting it in the truck bed (standard 78 inch bed) while I search for a trailer. Any chance I will be able to close the gate if I turn the ski sideways? Seems to me it will still be too long but wondering if anybody has done it. Thanks
