Super Jet Which ride plate for 180lb lake rider?

Seems last attempt to post this question didn't work so I will try again. I just bought a stock 07 superjet and it porpoises a lot. I weigh 180 lbs and do flatwater riding exclusively. I am not looking to race, just want to have fun on the lake without all the porpoising. Anybody have a recommendation on which ride plate I should get?

Thanks

yeah there is alot to be said for practice...you should be able to ride it with the stocker no problem with out porpoising. A good intake grate though helps wonders if you don't already have one also shortening the pole helps get your body weight more forward. With that said though, I have been using a riva groovy plate and find it is a nice fit for my riding style. Which is mainly just ripping around, chasing boat wakes and wave jumping in the rough stuff.

I haven't been riding long and I was having the same issue. I truer watching some of the real good riders foot placement but since everyone was a bit different, that didn't work. So it ended up just taking practice. I am still dialing it in but for the most part about 6 rides in, constantly changing stances I have pretty well figured out how to stand to make the ski do what I want.
