Watch those videos.....several times. Pre fit. Go slow. You'll be fine. Harbor Freight has cheap chip brushes. I was nervous doing my X2. Came out great. I rushed my Blaster and it sucks. Good luck.
That would have been nice to have when I installed a rear exit exhaust. Five extensions and hours later and it was done though. When I was researching for the rear exhaust I read somewhere that the rear is a weak point of the Blasters. I would imagine another hole would compound the weakness...
Sometimes manufacturers will force a model on a dealer. Sometimes you can dealer transfer it out. Sometimes you can't.
When the bottom feel out there were '06 CRF 450's at dealers until 12'-13'.
As far as I understand it, as long as it's coming out its fine. If there is none coming out, that's not good. Just keep on eye on the temp (gun or hand)

Post #43 talks about the side pieces. Not sure about the front piece. Left mine at the lake last weekend.
