That would have been nice to have when I installed a rear exit exhaust. Five extensions and hours later and it was done though. When I was researching for the rear exhaust I read somewhere that the rear is a weak point of the Blasters. I would imagine another hole would compound the weakness...

Sometimes manufacturers will force a model on a dealer. Sometimes you can dealer transfer it out. Sometimes you can't. When the bottom feel out there were '06 CRF 450's at dealers until 12'-13'.

My bad. I pulled a hood of a 89 that I have lying around. I see one on the back but not up front.

As far as I understand it, as long as it's coming out its fine. If there is none coming out, that's not good. Just keep on eye on the temp (gun or hand)

Yup. 500 Rule with a switch. You can put a switch on the dash or they have ones that will mount under your stock start/stop switch.

Bilge right away. Almost sank mine the third time out.
