i just copied off the original fuel lines

hey guys im rebuilding my 96 superjet and when i put the new fuel lines in it wont start but unless i pump the primer only runs for like 1 or 2 seconds then cuts out i got clear lines so i can see were the fuel is it looks like it isnt even pumping threw there is air in the lines from what i can...

got the lines sorted! but now im having toruble with my wires any one got a starter motor diagram ????

were is it going up to ???? and what about under the exhaust near the side of the engine bay

hey guys i am rebuilding my 96 Rn SJ and im redoing all the water lines but i cant figure out were they all go its just a stock exhaust no mods to the engine does any one have a pic/ diagram of how to do it ???? thanks Rory

sorry for not putting anything new up but the last 3 days have been bus starting my new job and haven't had time to get on here so i filled in the random hole's in the ride plate and put some cheap paint on it seeing as it will get scratched off anyways i will put a pic up tomorrow for you guys...

CNC cut out the ride plate and filled in the random hole that has no use probably one of the most accurate D cut out there machines can work wonders i love having a factory to make the parts i need i will put a pic up soon of the ride plate and ordering the huge block of aluminium for the handle...

ok so i got the jetski back today and well im pretty happy with how it came up! here are some pics of whats its like now! but in 1 week it will be 1000x better haha here you go! let me know what you think ( and yes there is a lot of dust in the air but nothing in the paint just on top so water...

well guy i brought my first RN SJ about 3 or 4 years ago and fell involve with it did some basic mods new pole spring 0 bars bilge and some turf about 2 years ago i decided i was going to rebuild it but a lot of family issues prevented it from happening but the time has come!!! with only 2 weeks...

i haven't even got my jetski back from the painters i was talking abut the first time i have turfed it haha

i would put my name down for 1 of these!

ye when i did my rails i used the heat gun worked great

did you do it with 1 pice ???? im willing to do it as long as i can do it with 1 pice no matter how hard

you still need to do it in like 3 pieces don't you ?? i mean like start form one side and hydro turf the whole tray with 1 pice ? no cutting pieces off

hey guys i am about to re turf my SJ (with foot hold) and was wondering if its possible to do it in 1 pice??? by heating it up and just pushing it all in ????? cheers Rory
