I ended up cutting the stock hose I had and coupling it to the B-pipe hose i had using a piece of tubing. Worked great!

It's just about the right length but it curves away from the water box as opposed to towards it. I think I can cut it in half, spin it, and couple it with a piece of aluminum tubing.

Lol if I could afford the going rate for a Bpipe I'd be down. I have a stock hose but it doesn't fit either :(

Well, here is another update. Turns out the majority of the pain was coming from Hoffa Fat Pad Impingement Syndrome. A torn portion of the fatty pad under the patellar tendon becomes inflamed and pinched causing crazy pain. That has since subsided, however, the torn tendon is still an issue...
