I checked there and its dry. After removing the paint, I found the source. There is a pin hole pictured inside that diviot. I am pretty sure that it should not be there so now I am interested in fixes. JB weld maybe? When I turn the carb over, fuel leaks from here.
What is this in the red circle? Fuel is leaking pretty badly from here. If its not coming from there then there must be a crack in the housing because fuel leaks profusely even at idle.
I picked this Scorpion Lithium battery up used on the forum here. It has 507cca and is very light. It says right on the top that you can use a normal charger. I used a battery tender as a charger if it needs it. It even has a charge level indicator built into the top which is pretty convenient...
I recently picked this ski up and will be adding a flow control valve but what is the elaborate looking restricter in the stinger line. I have looked at pictures of other b pipes on the net but have never seen this before. Should I rip this out before adding the flow control or do both?
The blaster does come with a siphon bilge. You should make sure that is operational first as OCD said. Mine is working but water does still accumulate if you are not doing much high speed riding and are in the water a lot.
I have read that the versiplugs like the ones JM sells bellow really do...
Scottie,
How does the Watercross of Texas ride plate compare to the Pro Tec that you recommend above? http://www.extreemthrottleinc.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=wotb1plate
I assume you are saying full 62t based on your compression comment right? That is lots of great info there. Thanks...
I currently have a full 61x and found a complete running 64x for a steal. I want to put my 61x cylinder on these cases to keep the low rpm power. I know the 64x cases are cut for the larger 760 sleeves. Is there any issue with installing the smaller sleeve on the cut cases?
For you guys with experience on a 1200 blaster, how much work is it going to take to get a 701 to be comparable to a 1200 blaster? How would something like a JM 780 stack up?
