Start stop switch is not the issue. Took apart Ebox, everything was dry and nothing came unplugged. Any other suggestions/ideas?

I did read a few posts on this. Just to make sure i'm understanding, if I unplug the black and white wires, and still get no spark, this means the start stop switch is not the problem?

Bought a RN with a 61X. Ran fine for an hour after I bought it, then lost spark. Changed out the CDI and Coil Pack, Bam had spark again. Rode it for another 3 hours then lost spark again. I haven't taken the Ebox apart yet to see if anything has come undone, I will do that this evening. I was...
