I have been buying new ones from ebay. I wish i had a used one that i knew worked to try. I would not have thought that out of 2 new ones that bolth would be bad. But i will return it and try a 3rd one. Thanks
I did a check between the 2 leads from the kill switch it is working fine. I even unpluged the one lead from cdi and still no spark. What are the chances of a bad cdi. This is the second new unit i tried. Is there a way to check the cdi units?
I checked ohms between boots results were 2. I checked voltage output of stator. Black lead on neg. Battery red lead on output wire of stator wit cdi hooked up. 13 volts. Still no spark. This is a new cdi. Anyone have ideas. I put a screwdriver in the boot and checked for spark agains the head...
