Well, I wish I had that information a couple of days earlier. Oh well. Couldn't even get the impeller to budge so it's off at Torrent to fix. Hope its not too expensive

Wear Ring and Pump Stator are Billet Aluminum

Without having pictures, since I had to send the pump to Brian what are the odds that at least the wear ring is salvageable? I'm sure the impeller is a lost cause because it is going to be destroyed getting removed. Just trying to estimate the damages I am looking at.

My invoice from Brian when he built the pump with the original impeller shows that he installed a 2.5mm rubber washer. If the guy I bought it from was not running a 2.5mm rubber washer would this be the issue?
