id check your plugs. detonation looks different. Looks to me like your running REALLY hot. i had a dirt bike that did this all the time, i put in colder plugs and it ran mint for years.

ouch! i know how ya feel, my old 650 was like that.. i blew it up 3 times last summer before i decided that pushing a 650 as hard as i was wasnt worth it, and got a 750 motor.

you can modify it to fit. All you need to do is drill two (i think) new holes in it. i was running a dual 38 setup from a small pin 750 on one of my 650 motors.
