correct me if i wrong but its the amount of room you have between the piston and the cylinder head. The only thing im confused about is how much room you need and what is acceptable and how to read the solder after doing a squish test. I milled my head down 20 thousands and put sealant around...
Well I hope i didnt screw up, I had my head milled 20 thousands and didnt put an aftermarket gasket on or anything, just milled it and stuck it back on. I guess I'll see how it goes.
So i hear about people shaving off some foam on the inside of my SXR hood but i just wanted to know how much to drimmel out before it gets weak or i go through it on accident.
So maybe I should change my question up a little bit. How would I make my SXR have trim without giving Wamiltons or Thrustinovations over 450 bucks? Ive been staring at my steering nozzle connected to my pump nozzle for about an hour now and everthing I come up with takes my cutting the steering...
feel a little attacted to our tbm rideplate do we? lol no im the same way about cutting. I just put footholds with a 1 inch kick pad from hydroturf and a composite ride plate from wamiltons and my boat get out of the water pretty good.
by the way, i need trim to haha
