I failed to mention that this boat is a 1987 Kawasaki 650sx.

So after tearing down the ski, I have realized that most of the engine is in good shape while the hull is a bit rough. The engine is good to go outside of the fact I need to replace the reeds, rebuild the crank, new stator, new flywheel, and a new bendix.
