Super Jet ××× Anyone Cut there MOD Chamber

Just wondering if anyone has ever cut their mod chamber too shorten it to make the boat go faster has anyone seen gains from doing this thinking about cutting an inch to an inch and a half out of my mod chamber on super jet..

If you guys have tried this how much did you cut out and what happened

Have you considered a dry pipe?

Yes but they brake and leak and jetting can be a pain

I have seen a few that where cut and re-welded. You could also look into getting a coffman sizzler and cutting some rings off it.

I'm running a stock class legal boat with 0 flywheel

Doesn't the bigger chamber pull more RPMs? Probably a newb question but just wondering

Usually a longer chamber hits more on the bottom shorter chamber pulls more rpms on top

Birdman. U do not hav a legal "stock" class ski, if u have zero flywheel on it. U are cheating
Read the rule book.. there may be a section on how to jet dry pipes too, they follow same principals as a wet pipe , just as simple .
