05 SXR800 carb settings

order some springs 95g = 25p.s.i. 115g = 32 p.s.i.

Can anyone tell me how the fuel pump works? Is it just vacuum operated? I'm going to check and make sure I don't have a leak around one of the fuel lines that could be causing a lack of fuel supply due to no pressure

The fuel pump works off vacuum from crankcase. Make sure the hose from pulse fitting on crankcase to fuel pump is not ripped or rubbed thru.

Remove the airbox. Look to see if the throttle plates were in sync. I have seen them get out of sync and cause problems. Also, try riding it with the hood off. If it idles smooth, you have an exhaust leak.

I figured out the problem guys. Thank you all for your input. I won't go into details but a summary of it is that I'm an idiot and now it runs great

I once took 4 hours to figure out why my ski wouldn't start.
Forgot to plug in the stator.
