Super Jet 06 SJ - Electric Box Stuck

I removed both nuts, lock washers, and washers from the E-Box. I can't seem to get this thing off. I certainly don't want to break the case. Am I missing a bolt or something?

Remove the 4 bolts holding the 2 stainless mounting brackets so they come out with the e-box. Then use a mallet to tap the brackets back and forth until they release from the corrosion holding them to the e-box. Clean up, re-fit the brackets and remember to grease the studs, and b-box holes when you re-install so it doesn't happen again.

That's what I did after about 5 minutes of being annoyed and 2 minutes posting that message.

you dont always have to do that

That happens because its a stainless bolt in an aluminum housing. Make sure to use marine grease or pipe thread sealant.

Or put a small piece of heat shrink tubing on the bolt along with some grease.

I thought I was missing a bolt. My ebox is stuck after removing both nuts. I put a flat bar between the rear wall and the ebox and it will not break free! Damn it
