06 Superjet freestyle build

My brother and I recently bought a pair of stock 06 superjets with very low hours on them. I have been riding a '92 SN for four years now and we are now looking to build the new ones up from scratch. I have been doing some research and have come up with a preliminary plan consisting of mostly bolt ons.

Intake: Worx 201
Impeller: Hooker 9/15
Ride plate: Stock with D cut
Head: ADA Girdled w/35cc domes
Pipe: Factory B Limited
Reeds: Boyesen Pro Series
Primer kit
Handle pole spring
Bilge pump



Any suggestions or concerns would be appreciated as well as any info of where to buy 2 sets of everything. Im am more of a casual rider, but want something that I can really throw around. My '92 just doesn't cut it for me anymore.

2- Factory b-pipe's will be the hardest to find. Unless you buy brand new.
Bilge pump- you could get that at a local marine store or wal-mart

What specifically do you recommend changing? The steering cable? bars? The weather is just not nice enough yet to get out and feel whats wrong with the stock set up...

go with a quick steer plate and do the mod on the nozzle that is what i would recommend oh and a shortened pole

What!?!?! As long as theres open water, its always warm enough to ride!

First mod should be installing footholds as they will make sure you don't lose the ski when you are "throwing it around"

What does a primer kit do?

Shouldn't really need it. Also foot straps are a reasonable alternative to footholds if cutting into the ski makes you nervous.
