Super Jet 07 38bn adjuster blockoff???

Hallo,
at moment i rebuild a engine from sj. After rebuild i have to tune it . But the adjusterholes are blocked.

If i remove the capes find i treads to screw the adjuster in???

Yep, there will be adjuster screws already installed behind the caps
