It is a Yamaha cable clamp, this one was off a Raider, but they used them on most of the couches for steering and trim cables. I'm sure Jetmaniac has hundreds of them.
We have the SS oem cable bracket and 96-07 cables. You just need to fab the metal plate.

Finally got a chance to ride the 08 superjet with 03 cable and @ScottS 's custom bracket. He cut the stock turn plate and I ordered some 2024 high strength 7/8" aluminum tubing from McMaster Carr for straight bars, this pushed the steering forward several inches negating having to shorten the handle pole any and also quick steer mod at the steering nozzle. It is a whole different animal, it turns on a dime and gives 9 cent change. this is a must do mod for surf riding and flat water as well ! Thanks @ScottS!!!!
