08 SJ with some X Metal

Hello everyone,
After getting bored with my beat sxi i picked up a 08 SJ in July rode it for the rest of the summer and now the fun begins. Been lurking around for a while trying to soak up info, but after getting scolded on proper forum etiequette and to "join the party" by this guy. I decided to post my build. Any info and opinions would be great. Here is a list of mods. Thanks for looking.

I started taking it apart before daytona so the engine could be dropped off to X metal. This is what i started with

Hey if you dont mind me asking. How much did it cost for the Baby Scream Im currently doing a build myself and been soaking up ideas off other guys builds.

Possibly intereasted in the Baby Scream

Not sure on the final engine price just yet i'm also getting a few other things done. My engine only had a few hours on it so i'm sure it will need less than a older one. Give Radney a call he will be able give you pricing for your setup.

yea I have been chatting with him. Im going to ship my motor out pretty soon. I know he mentioned stuff about there exhaust mods they can do. Im just not sure exactly how much I want to spend yet. I have basically the same setup as you except I have a factory lightened fly wheel and reeds and reed stuffers. Im looking for total bottom end.

Im guessing with there baby scream setup it includes porting. IDK I have a bunch of questions to ask and when I hang up with Radney I always think of something else to ask

Make a list and call.. Write down answers too so its piece of mind for you.

graphics are going but stock paint for now, just gonna match the hood. And no Pete your not spraying it.....

Got a few more things done. Drilled pump for second cooling line, also removed siphen tube and spout and pluged them. Installed x metal stainless pickup and fitted the hood.

I am very happy with my baby scream. You will like that set up a lot. I really liked dealing with Chuck and Radney.
