Super Jet 08 superjet pump noise

Hi There,
i am new to the jetski thing and i recently bought an 08 superjet with a 0 degree bar and a bilge pump. a long time ago ( 8 years or so ) i did own a sx 550 .but for what i can remember the superjet is a huge improvement.
But now when i go full trottle on the water ,the pump or something makes a big noise , what can this possibly be ???
And do you have tips for making this superjet a nice freeride ski ??? .

Debris or a rock in water intake? Or pump/prop damage or both.

could be the midshaft bearing also, check out the pump and midshaft

thanks for the imput . the pump sounds fine in the lower rpm's only when i go full trottle for some time , then the noise comes in . sounds like the impeller hits the housing or something.
But bad weather is coming ,so jetskiing is over for a few months , so i will check the pump and built some footwels in over the winter end i think a factory pipe.

if you have that stock intake grate on it that is probably the issue. mine would cavitate in the slightest chop at speed until i ditched that thing.

ok thanks ,and yes the stock intake grate is still there , any options with aftermarket plate will work best

the worx is good, just be sure it's the one for the 08+ pump. 228 i think. any scoop grate will be better than the stock plastic one though.
