Yep....it was hilarious....I wish I'd of had time to stop and snap a picture of it all. I ran water rescue and Jereomy Parr and Charlie aka: SFL Surf Rider/Morty Gunty - both confirmed couch haters - were on the team too.

And you know what - they did a great job. I was offered three guys I didn't know who had little if any riding experience, much less rescue/surf condition experience. Then Charlie and Jer both PMed and offered to help, and I have to say I was very grateful for their assistance. They did an awesome job, and everything I heard about Charlie being a great guy in person was true. It's official - we've burried the hatchet

Thanks to them both for really pitching in and helping out - I couldn't have done it without you guys.

I apologize for the scoring problems; a small team of us have looked over the scoring sheets for sometime now. It’s too bad some racers didn’t get scored at all. I was one of them and I did finish. Since my race number was never recorded I didn’t think it fair to be placed on the list.
