1100 CDKll carb jetting

Hey guys, I'm looking for recommendations on a good starting point with jetting. The motor is a 98 kawasaki zxi 1100. I am going to swap a set of keihin CDKll 38mm carbs from a earlier year to get rid of the horrible CV carbs. I will be adding a high compression head and aftermarket flame arrestors. My CDKs have been in a box for about 10 years and I have no idea what stock jetting is or how they performed in the past. Also I will be doing a oil block off. Do I just cap off where the old oil lines come into the carbs?20200520_083355.jpg20200520_085426.jpg
Current jets:
Front cylinder
• pilot- 78l
• main- 115
• needle & seat- 1.6

Middle cylinder
•pilot- 78l
• main- 105
• needle & seat- 1.6

Rear cylinder
• pilot- 78l
• main- 110
• needle & seat- 1.6

I'm not sure what gram spring is in there. It seems to match the shiny (middle weight) spring that is supplied with my rebuild kit.

What boat are they going in? On my SXR 1100 with Keihins I left the jetting stock even with flame arrestors and chokes removed. With the carbs having an accelerator pump there is no need to alter pop-off as the accelerator pump takes care of fueling off idle. Throttle squeeze equals squirt of fuel in the carbs. All I did was tune with the screws and ran it for 20 hours. Then I switched to an SXR 800 triple carb rack, then sold the whole setup and went back to an 800 engine.

It will be going into a hydrospace s4. Do you know what the stock jetting and pop off is?
