1200 in wave Blaster questions

I have a few questions on my 1200 in my WB1 conversion. I have 3 water fittings on my pipe.
Bottom, top of pipe on the bellow, and big one above centre spark plug.

Which ones are inlets and outlets,

I have the wave raider 1100 water box. But what hoses did you use ?
