Custom/Hybrid 144 thrust trim on a 155 pump

Well ... I have a 144 trim but need one for a 155. I'm sure a few of you have done a shade tree mod to make this work. So what do you do and how did it work out ?

My 144 thrust trim fit on my 155 skat trac pump, just had to file the mounting lugs on the exit nossle a mill on each side

Mmmmm.... I can clearance the nozzle and do some other bushings ,but it looks like I will loose most of the throw. It's an older trim system probably 5 years old. Also my nozzle is a scat with the removable rings. I wonder if those nozzles are different . Thanks for the help..... Duuuudes

What Adz set.. Grind lugs flush on top / bottom of reduction nozzle and it slides right on no worries.

You could hit the easy button and save your energy for the hull. I have a 155 oem complete pump and trim setup sitting in my shop getting dusty.
