The 144 bolts are a much smaller bolt though and would be loose going through the stator and nozzle. I wouldn't use them on a 155. You could also buy a skat wear ring and it will come threaded for 155 pump bolts.

It's been working for us for years, also we glue our pumps together so the bolts only really sandwich until glue dries.

@Ratking my pump is from an 1100 wave raider, the blaster 2 pump is the best ready to run setup but is the hardest to find and someone correct me if im wrong but there are 2 different styles of gp1200 pumps and one style works as well. They are visibly different so basically you need to look for the ones that are the same ear mounting style as the 144's. As for props I think there will always be a small range that will work for the motor you have. I just got a 7/15 5mm cut back because that was in stock and I run it with a 718. I know a guy who ran the same pitch on a 760 with an un bored nozzle to start and said his ski would barley plane out. bored the reduction nozzle out and it worked great. Its all about the flow vs pressure and how soon the pump is loading the engine. An engine that has more power could use a smaller reduction bore or pull a steeper prop. You can tune a pump like you tune an engine and the idea is to get the pump loaded when you get into the meat of the powerband and for that there is no set recipe. I would like to try some different props with my setup but I cant justify the cost of that. I have also heard that if you ask for a thin blade prop there are benefits there as well.

I just tapped the wear ring and ran M8 helicoils. Works fine. I suppose you could run a bushing in the thru holes to make the m8 bolt fit snug, but I don't think it's necessary. As for prop pitch, I have no idea. My setup isn't tuned well. I *think* I'm running a 7/15 skat and it's probably too steep. Nozzle at 92.5mm. Running a CPT 4mil 900.

I ran a 155 oem pump in my first vision X with a ported 701 + bpipe . Had to pitch down a couple time and ended up with a 6/12 skat

Are the driveshaft length the same for oem 144 and oem 155 pumps? Going in an Sj based ski.

I've searched a few threads and couldn't find any info and I've heard mixed info from my sources.

The blaster 2 is the only one that is close, if not the same.
But the 155 drive shaft needs to be 10mm longer than an sj because of the wear ring being longer.
So if you have jetmaniac cut you a drive shaft, he'll know, but it needs to be sj length plus 10mm.

You don't need long pump bolts. Just use a short nut n bolt to bolt the stator to the wear ring then do the same to bolt the reduction nozzle to the stator.
