Freestyle 155 pump in a Rickter Xfs

Yes, l have, need to do fair bit of grinding of pump shoe as well as on the tunnel itself to make it fit. Tunnel is mainly resin and on my ski one side was very thin, so had to take a fair bit off and then fiberglass it back up.

Have seen people use plexis (I think that is what is called) instead of fiberglass, quicker result. It's by no means a drop in and go...

I have 2013 XFS

Yes I've fitted one, not to bad a job, need a flapper wheel on a cordless drill to enlarge the pump shoe area slowly/carefully. Will need a JD155 Ali pump shoe as well along with the right pump seal (might be off a Yam Blaster 2 760 IIRC) You need to take as much material off the Ali pump shoe lip as you can (it needs to be near on paper thin) it then all fits together. Use a good (Sikoflex or similar) sealant rather than silicone.
Its a tight fit for the cooling / trim pipes as well - pumps is much bigger externally than a 144 as well! All work should be done with the ski upside down to ease the fitting.

The hook up on landing (helicopter to flip for example) is instant compared to the 144 Skat Mag I had before and that was very good. I also needed to bore my nozzle out to get the setup right..

PM me if you need any further help.

Jim
