Picked up a 16 late last season, did some minor stuff (intake, ride plate, levers, mats, air cleaners, prop(solas concord 12/16) etc.) and I'm wondering which direction to go next.. I was thinking factory pipe and head but just saw the newer more affordable 144 mag pumps from solas and dont know which would be the best investment right now.. Eventually I'll have both but my budget isn't unlimited so I'd like to hear some opinions. I'm new to the jet ski scene but have been building and racing motocross bikes for a while so I'd be doing the installs myself.. Take the ski out with friends, run buoys, hit the surf occasionally, nothing crazy.. Let me know what you think, thanks!

With the handling mods you already did, a pipe and head would be my next step. The mag pump can wait.

Okay thanks, Limited or mod? Should I swap the stock water box while I'm already in there or can I get by and spend the dough on a head insetead..?

Stock box is the best out there.

mod pipe .keep stock waterbox,
get msd enhancer ,and head with 35cc domes for what you do riding wise dont realy need a mag pump ,i would say only if you went with bigger motor,
i would save money on the pump and get better carb intake setup i went with 46s and dasa intake added nice power just my 2 cents
