Trim/pads- 4/10
Hull- 6/10
Paint- 6/10 (but the ugliest pin striping I've ever seen)
Engine- 9/10
Aftermarket upgrades are... (that I know of)
West Coast exhaust
West Coast waterbox
West Coast dual carbs
Pro Ocean ride plate
West Coast throttle
New impeller

I'm just curious as to what to do to it now. Any recommended upgrades? Did I get a good deal? I was told it used to be a race ski back before I was around. Thanks and see you on the lake!

The exhaust system is OEM Kawasaki 650. I would spend a lot of time riding this and getting a feel for the sport. Don't get hung up too much on modifications because you may want to upgrade theentire machine pretty soon.

What type of and where do you plan on riding? Those flame arrestors could be a problem for surf/ water intrusion.

Mostly just riding with friends. I'll mostly stay on Lake Tapps, a shallow lake in the area, but we also have a beach cabin on the bay. Should I be worried about the spark arrestors?
Thanks!

It will probably be fine for the lake but the way they are shaped is prime for water intrusion. Just be cognizant of how much water you take on.

i'd just ride it... you've already got 600 into it.. won't get much more out of it if you sell it to anyone who knows anything about them.. just don't take on too much water and you shouldn't see a problem...
