1988 wetjet 430 parts

Hi All i am restoring 2 wetjet 430 machines. i am searching for windshields. has anyone run across a snowmobile windshield that can be cut down. I noticed a few posts have new ones i wondered where they had got them i have not had a return call from wetjet.com parts as of yet. also searching for the sliding hood hinges though that maybe a tough call for new old stock

let me know if anyone has some ideas of substitutes they have used for things

Some info here that might be helpful. Also if you can get ahold of Doug at the place that bought all of the new/old stock from wetjet they have every part you need. (I dont remember the name of the place but its in Minnesota.
