1991 Super jet 650

I'm trying to buy my friends old super jet, but it will not run right. it'll start up and run but whenever you go full throttle it bogs and pops. We checked the carburetor, spark, and compression. Even check the fuel filter, we are running out of things to go through. Please help.

tuning on the carb is clearly wrong. we will need a lot more info than that, what are the carb jets, needle and seat, color of spring? when checking the carb did you clean all intake tracks?
