Did all wave blasters from 93-95 have 61x engines?

I have a 93 wave blaster with a 62e - j700b,
And a 94 wave blaster with a 61x - j700a.

I searched 62e and found this, "62 e is a 62 t botom and a 61 x top dual 38 carbs"

But my 93 is only a single carb?
What is a 62E?

i have noticed that 62e tag too in my 94 b1. my 93 vxr pro motor (now in my sj) says 61x. pretty sure they are identical tho. my 94 raider with dual carbs says 62t on the cases. i know some of the cases that are like 62t cases have differnt tags because of the diferent types of pulse line setups for dual carbs? but not sure why there are different tags on the single carb cases

I just noticed on the head of my 62e .. it says "6r7" instead of 61x like my other wb1 says.

When I google 6r7 its coming back as a superjet 650cc head?
Do people put 650 heads on 701's? or could this engine be a 650? (please tell me its not a 650)

If it says "62e - j700b" on the intake manifold ... it's a 701 or maybe just a manifold off of a 701?

How can I tell if this engine is a 650 or 701?

The cylinder is stamped on the intake side between both jugs... Is that where everybody is looking???. Or you reading off what's on the head?? My cases are 62t / 61x dual 38s (64u)
