1994 JS 750 Will Not Start

750 ran fine last summer, I painted it over the winter, turns over just fine but wont fire. I thought it was old gas but when I poured fuel directly into carbs it would start and run until fuel burned off. No fuel in fuel lines, I don't understand that. There is plenty of fuel in the tank, I pulled fuel lines off and blew in them to make sure nothing is plugging them. I pulled the fuel tap out of the tank and that doesn't seem to be plugged. It has now been a couple months since I've worked on it, now it won't fire when I pour fuel directly in carbs, maybe old gas? I'm a noob, I have no idea what the issue could be, please help.
