He is telling me that YOU, the shipper, need to call 800-463-3339 and open claim for a lost or stolen shipment.
He will send you a claim form, and in 3 business days they will contact you, the shipper. They will decide if YOU the shipper are entitled to a refund. Since you did not request insurance for the item, you are only entitled to a refund of $100.
I will pay you the extra $18 for shipping if they credit you the $100., and you can then send the part to NVJAY755, or you can just send me my $100 back. Either way is fine with me.
