Are you using a msd enhancer? If you are throw in a stock cdi and test it.

I would remove the bilge pump completely and test again. If there is something wrong with the pump and it is not fused, you may be pulling the whole electrical system down

That's what John at JSS suggested as well. I'll try it and we'll see what happens.

No spark now. John at JSS thinks it's the exciter coil, so the stator is coming back out and heading to JSS. While that's out, I"m going to add an inline fuse to the bilge pump wire leading to the positive terminal on the battery.

Just got the stator back and reinstalled. Also added a fuse in the bilge positive line and moved ground to coupler cover bolt.

Ran like a charm. Thanks to all of you and to JSS.
