2003 SJ build up

As some of you might know I won a 2003 Super Jet hull off ebay. It is in VERY bad shape. I have it home now and have started to strip the ski down and getting it ready for paint. I have a friend who owns Automations Custom Paint and Body in Bessemer AL. He is going to do "A Crazy paint job". He asked me what color I wanted it? all I said was go crazy and oh yea no pink :bigok: . So when i see it so will you.....

Here is what i am planning so far and what I have found deals on:
760 motor complete with wiring harness and filter adaptors (Thanks Lee)
stock pump and steering system (thanks Jetskihaven)
intermediate shaft (thanks Jetskihaven)
Cut down stock pole -3 and reinforced with fiberglass (by me)
looking for a type 4 pipe I luv the hit of those things
looking for a stock or D cut stock plate
looking for a set of foot holds and front hoot hold
I need some misc parts for how the steering cable is held into the ski after that I should be ready to get the ski running.

CATS system is done. Cut the entire lip off the back of the ski got carried away with the sawall :headbang: considering shortining the hull by 2 ":thinkerg:

Here is some more updates Diablo Hood and nose piece, water dawg pole bracket, home made hood straps, -3 hand pole, and front foot hold. working on the rear ones......

Custom paint finished

Motor is a 760 with a ADA bead making 195 PSI
Cats trim system

escaped from work early and rode the ski today. Got to do some tuning Thanks Gil he pointed me in the right direction. Loaded the skis up and ready to head to the beach for the long weekend.
