Super Jet 2004-2020 Superjet mikuni carb adjustment T-handle screws

On the 2004-2020 SuperJet dual Mikuni 38mm carbs, the adjustment screws are under the anti-tamper caps/plugs and recessed into the carb body. I understand that to install the extended T-handle screws, removal of the choke plates is required. I know that a lot of people install a primer, but I don’t want to do that. I would like to install some type of easy adjustment screws or cap adapters to tune my carb while retaining the use of my choke. Does anyone have a good solution for installing some type of easy adjustment screws while also keeping the stock choke? Could the carb body be easily cut/modified to allow some type of t-handles that wouldn’t interfere with the choke? Thanks for your help.

To remove the tamper caps you drill a hole through the center of the cap and use a bolt extractor to twist them out. Jet works makes extended adjusters and will work with the chokes installed. To adjust the high speed on one of the carbs you just have to pull out the choke cable to rotate the choke out of the way. JetManiac on here sells the Jetworks T handles.

You can cut cut them off with a hacksaw as well.
